The Chesty Rig Wide V2 is an update to our Chesty Rig Wide Harness. Yeah we get it, it’s been a while. We’ve improved the side MOLLE panels by increasing their rigidity and adding a third column of MOLLE, making them ideal for our 6x5 or 12x5 General Purpose Pockets. The front of the chest rig features pass-throughs for the Wingman™ V2 and Wingthing™, allowing them to fit under the chest rig platform. Additionally, the H-harness system has been updated with multiple adjustment points for improved fitment, articulation, and mobility. Using laser cut thermoplastic we have achieved a semi rigid cummerbund that increases stability and weight distribution for the operator. The 3AC has a hidden stretch section that automatically adjusts to the body under movement for improved comfort. Using hook and loop Velcro, it can be worn on any vest that has loop on the front and rear plate bags. Its rigidity allows the use of side armor without creating the sag often found in other cummerbund designs. Being only 3 inches tall it reduces unnecessary bulk and will accommodate any pouch with the MOLLE/PALS attachment system. The Carry Elastic Cummerbund is a 4" elastic cummerbund designed to hold eight AR magazines (4 cells on each side). Though these slots were intended for AR magazines, they can also accommodate a wide variety of other magazines, medical supplies, radios (of similar size to the MBITR), munitions, or pretty much anything you can fit in them. The girth of the CEC is fully adjustable at the front and rear. This product will work with a wide variety of plate carriers with cummerbund slots in the back.

Using a pliable thermoplastic, the CEC Side Plate Adapter contours with your cummerbund but is still rigid enough to provide ample support for the additional weight of side plates. The 3AC Cobra Buckle Kit converts the 3AC cummerbunds front Velcro® attachment into an easy don/doff connection between the front of the cummerbund and front plate pockets of the plate carrier. This allows the user to keep the front flap down and secured while eliminating the need to lift the front flap to don/doff the plate carrier. MOLLE compatible pouches can still be installed directly on top of the cummerbund side buckle mount.
